Privacy Policy

Haystacc (“we”, “us”) is a mobile app that helps musicians find collaborators and helps people discover local live music. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it’s protected.

What we collect

Phone number

Required. Used only to create and verify your account. Never used for marketing.

Name

Required. Shown on your profile.

Email, bio, location, and collaboration preferences

Optional, entered by you in Settings, shown on your profile.

Messages you send

Proposal messages you write to other users are stored so recipients can read them.

App activity

Saved gigs/profiles and sent proposals, used to power those features.

How it’s stored and protected

All data is stored with Firebase (Google Cloud) and transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs of any kind.

Your choices

Email address, bio, and location are optional. You can use Haystacc without providing them. You can edit or remove them at any time in Settings.

deleting your data

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@haystacc.com. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
